Shipping & Delivery

The below delivery times are only an average guide for the destination country and can vary depending on your location (i.e. regional) and seasonal (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday). Due to rise in shipping costs, express shipping has only slightly increased to $16.95. We appreciate your understanding.

Sendle is used for most deliveries while Australia Post is used for all international, express, Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has been passed on to our delivery partners. For any queries regarding your shipment in-transit please contact Sendle / Australia Post directly as we have no control over your parcel post-dispatch.

International Customs Fees

Beigee is not responsible for any additional charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. All customs fees, sales tax, duty and any other additional costs associated with your purchase is the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the order or shipping fee.

Please contact your local customs office to find out the applicable taxes and customs fees for your country.

Ordering Process

  1. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email which states your purchase number and invoice.
  2. We will then dispatch your order within the next 1-2 business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
  3. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive another email which links your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking status to update.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Collects?

Yes, please enter the address correctly at checkout in the following order and format:

Name: Matt Surname
Address Line 1: Parcel Locker or Collect XXXXX XXXXX
Address Line 2: Street address of the Locker/Post Office
Address Line 3: Suburb, State, Postcode

Failure to do so will mean the address is invalid and your order will be unable to be delivered. It will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the redelivery cost equal to the actual shipping cost charged by Australia Post.
