My points haven't been added to my account.

1. You need to log in to your account before placing an order for points to be added. If you missed this, don't worry - we can still help you. Please contact us with your order number so we can add points manually into your account.

2. For social media tasks, it can take 2 to 10 minutes for the system to validate that the task has been completed and add points to your account relatively.

If you still experience issues, please contact us @beigee_au or hello@beigee.com.au so we can check and add points manually into your account.

Will my points expire?

Your points will expire within 12 months. Don’t worry though – we’ll let you know when it’s close to expiring, so you can spend any points you have left! You can also track this on your account.

After 12 months of reaching a new tier your points will also be re-evaluated. If you've earned enough points, you'll stay on the same level. If you've not earned enough points, you'll drop down to the level below. If you've not earned any points, you'll reset to Bronze.

How do I enter the next level?

The more you spend and the more actions you complete, the more points you'll earn and the closer you’ll get to the next level. Level thresholds are based on points you have earned in the last 12 months, not lifetime points nor current points balance after spend.

For example, to reach the Silver level you'll need to have earned 1500 points within the last 12 months. To upgrade to Gold, you'll need to have earned 5000 points within the last 12 months etc.

How do I get my birthday gift?

To unlock the FREE Birthday Mystery Bag reward (min $60 spend), you must have (1) purchased any Beigee product/s at least 1 time in the past AND (2) created a verified account with us at least 2 months ago i.e. if you have already placed an order, you need to wait 2 months since creating an account to unlock this offer - we'll ask for your birthday deets then! This reward activates once every year on your birthday and expires within 14 days.

How do referrals work?

When you refer a friend and he/she places an order through your link, you'll each get a $10 coupon ($70 minimum spend) to save on your next order!

Do returns affect my points?

Yes. If you paid with card, we will deduct the rewarded points for the item(s) returned from your account. Similarly, if you paid with points, we will return the earned points for the item(s) returned into your account.

For example, let's say you spent $100. You paid $70 on card (earning 350 points) and used a $30 coupon (worth 2200 points). If you returned the entire order, we will deduct the 350 points you just earned from your account, and also return 2200 points into your account.

I made a purchase in-store. Can I get points?

If we've asked for your email in-store, then we have already added points into your account. Otherwise, please contact us with your receipt and we will manually add points into your account.

Can I claim my rewards coupon in-store?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to claim online rewards in-store yet.

However, we can still add points from your in-store order into your account, and you can claim those points online!
